"The Company", "The Academy", "MSCA", "ourselves", "we", and "us" refers to Minds & Senses Coaching Academy PLT, the company owing the Site, company brand, and its products and services. "Party", "parties", "us" refers to both the Customer and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Customer in the most appropriate manner. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

By visiting and browsing the Site and registering with our online content and/or courses, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These third party services guarantee the privacy of your data in their own terms. Customers have the right to request sight of and copies of any and all customer records we keep, on the provision that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Any emails sent by Minds & Senses Coaching Academy PLT will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
